These terms apply to your use of pawsitiveplus.com, operated by Pawsitive Plus. They were last updated on 6 November 2026.
Using this website
You may browse this website for information about our forthcoming shop and collections. Please use it lawfully and do not try to disrupt, scrape in a way that harms the service, or misuse any account features.
The shop is not open for orders yet. Product categories, concept pictures and collection descriptions show the direction of the range. They are not an offer to sell, and they may change before launch.
Information on the site
We take care with what we publish, but campaign artwork is illustrative until a product is listed with verified photographs, specifications and prices. Buying guides are general practical help and are not a substitute for checking a product’s own measurements, care instructions or safety information once those are published.
We do not currently claim UK stock or UK manufacture. Supplier locations, prices, delivery costs and return arrangements will be published before checkout opens.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on that account. Please use the contact form if you think someone else has used it.
Intellectual property
The Pawsitive Plus name, the layout of this site, and our original text and images belong to us or to the people who have licensed them to us. You may not copy them for your own shop or listing without permission. You may share links to our pages.
Liability
This website is provided so you can learn about Pawsitive Plus while we prepare to open. We do not limit any rights you have under UK law that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that come from using a site that is still being prepared for launch, or from relying on illustrative collection information before products are available to buy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the shop develops. The date above will change when we do. Separate terms for buying goods will be published before checkout opens.
