This policy explains how Pawsitive Plus (“we”, “us”), the operator of pawsitiveplus.com, handles personal information. We last updated it on 6 November 2026. The shop is not yet open for orders, so we currently collect only a small amount of information.
Who we are
Pawsitive Plus runs this website. For any privacy question, please use our contact form. We do not publish a separate postal address on this site at present.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
- An account, if you create one. The site can show a sign-in page. If you register or log in, WordPress stores the details needed to run that account, such as your username and email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security tools may record information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.
- Cookies. The site may set essential cookies so pages load properly, so your basket or account session can work when those features are available, and so any cookie consent tool can remember your choice.
We will not ask you to pay through this website until checkout is open. When that happens, this policy will be updated to cover order, payment and delivery information, and the companies that help us fulfil orders.
Why we use it
We use personal information to reply to you, to run and secure the website, to meet legal duties, and — once the shop opens — to take and deliver orders. The legal bases we rely on are that the use is needed to take steps at your request or to perform a contract, that we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website, that we need to comply with the law, or that you have given consent where the law requires it (for example, for non-essential cookies).
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to host the website and send email. They only process information on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if the law requires it, or if needed to protect the site or other people.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Account and technical records are kept only as long as needed to run the site securely or meet legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom, you have rights under UK data protection law, including to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To make a request, use our contact form.
Updates
We will update this page when our practices change, including before checkout opens. The date at the top will change when we do.
